Briton......ecomomists here use every excuse they can come up. Sales are down becasue it is too cold to go out......it's too hot to leave the pool or air conditioning.

Let's not forget...........Hurricane season has a arrives and a cloud formation started off the African coast in the Eastern Atlantic. This is causing a flurry of activity in the Carribbean basin and prices have started to rise”.
