    And the Brits can't even afford to eat red meat? So what are they dying of? Heartlessness?

    Nature will have her revenge. These floods are caused by deforestation in the Iguazu and parana valleys by monoculture leaving the land open to erosion.

    We know it rains a lot their, so the government can't cope, as usual;
    MEANWHILE:
    Why is Mercopress NOT reporting on the chaos in Venezuela?
    People are dying.
    The Government is massively corrupt.
    There is critical insecurity and constant danger in the streets.
    A critical lack of medicine.
    The World’s highest Inflation Rate.

    A critical lack of basic goods and services.
    An ideological take-over leading to a Vene-Cuban form of enforced indentured state-dependency.
    Widespread media censorship.
    Constant repression of political opposition.
    THOUSANDS illegally jailed without trial.
    Daily torture and abuse of the Human Rights of the population.
    Why does Latin America remain silent?
    Why is Mercopress NOT reporting on the chaos in Venezuela?

    @ 4 ilsen

    MP simply report on reports from respected sites (and some not so respected at times).

    They do not go out and find the news themselves. I suspect the answer lies in your comment:
    “Widespread media censorship.”

    I know it's totally unacceptable but with the Cubans holding MADuro's ear and “advising him” we can only anticipate more of the same or even worse if that is possible.

    I sincerely hope that your family are well.

    ilsen,
    i can understand your frustration.
    I sometimes watch Telesur as a joke channel,particularly when Maduro is spouting his rhetoric.
    But its not a joke to you.
    I am ashamed that Uruguay has a stake in that channel

    Thanks guys. As I am sure you know Venezuela Gov holds a majority stake in TeleSur. There is no independent TV in Venezuela now, with newspapers El Nacional and El Universal are still hang in there but the Gov is constantly trying to cut off the paper supply. ....

    2. I heard your gov't is asking people to cut back on Tomatoes....again.
    Even on my last trip to Iceland every salad had tomatoes.
    I wonder how they can do it and Argentina cant?
    Silly Marxists
    Any reports of Breadlines yet?

    Don't tell me it's a year since the tomato debates again already. TTT will tell you now that he PLEASED there aren't tomatoes in winter because it's not natural and is too wasteful to ship them from somewhere else. Yardy yardy yardy...

    @9 no breadlines yet.

    @11 it ALWAYS starts every year during winter for the last five years, though tomatoes were always expensive this time of year.
