Everything these days seems to be about recycling. Could this stuff be cleaned up and recycled? Personally I doubt that it would be cost effective.
People should not dump their rubbish in the sea, sadly its been happening for over 2,000 years.
They are west of the U.S., between the U.S. and Africa Another great contribution to the planet by the filthy Anglos.
