Uruguay's president Jose Mujica will be attending the next Mercosur presidential summit scheduled for Tuesday, 29 July in Caracas, when the creation of an economic forum Mercosur/ALBA/PetroCaribe will for consideration as part of the agenda. Read full article

    @8 With the things going on there I think the Chavistas are too concerned about the present to worry about what will happen in two years. Who knows if they will be still there by then.

    @8 yankeeboy You are right the light crude coming from north Dakota needs to be refine, they have no more capacity to store the storage capacity in the us is at 100% that is why they will change the law to export by the year 2017 the united states will be the largest exporter of energy in the world.
    And due to the environmentalist no new refinery will be constructed and the ones operating with heavy crap from Venezuela will be converted to process light crude.
