    If the investment programmes include oil development perhaps the Argentine government will waive his arrest warrant and enlist him to instruct Argentina how to run an economy (i.e. to actually get it working) after he has helped the Islanders to be more wealthy (than they are now). No breath held on this one as Argentina will get someone else to bail them out rather than try and achieve themselves.

    So as Argentina are enlisting the help of Chinese and Russian expertise, Argentina can be split up into Chinese and Russian nationality according to your logic.

    I suppose FIG could have enlisted Kicillof if they wish to go bankrupt and run their development the Argentine way.
