On the face of it the pool of available labour does not fit the requirements of the employers.
Too skilled or too dumb?
Only time will tell.
I wonder if those who came off the labour roll, because there were NO jobs for them, will bother to try and get a job or stick with what they have now whatever that may be?
6.2% is the official rate. If you include the underemployed, the waiting staff working for tips, the survivalists no longer registered, the whacked out meth heads, I'm sure that percentage would skyrocket.

By global comparison, isn't 6.2% unemployment actually quite low?
