“You are a globalist liberal that understand nothing about politics in the third world Anglotino. The negotiations will fail now that Santos has been re elected. The FARC and armed groups have pressed against voters to vote for Santos. They have just voted for impunity stupid idiots.

Keep on living in your politically correct bubble in Sidney.”

This August marks the second anniversary of these peace talks.

50 years (25 times longer) have failed to wipe out FARC militarily.

I stand by my convictions that this is the best process for Colombia. Colombia is currently enjoying 6.4% growth without debt or inflation problems and the FARC are just trying to strengthen their negotiating position now that Santos has a new mandate.

    So far it hasn't worked.

I agree with Anglotino. They need to resolve this problem and 50 years of bloodshed has resulted in stalemate. A new approach is required.
