Now that Mercosur is facing the loss of Paraguay and potentially in the future, Uruguay; it decides that the Pacific Alliance is worthy of its interest instead of insults.

The great news is that it has already been predetermined that there will only be talk, followed up with talks in the future and only Paraguay would be considered.

    Elaine,
I would re confirm my hotel reservation a couple of times. The hotels have a nasty habit of rebooking into another hotel when diplomatic delegations are there. The worst offenders are the Hyatt and the Marriott hotels.
