    But super power Brazil threw their dolly out of the pram and scweemed and scweemed until Brazilian Environment Minister Izabella Teixeira puked all over herself in rage!

    You are supposed to be a first world country according to Dumnass Dilma but you cannot bear it when the real first world moves forward while Brazil moves backwards.

    No mention at all of what Brazil CAN do towards the goals: I wonder why that was? FFS grow up.
