On World Heart Day, held 29 September, the World Health Organization (WHO) is calling on countries to take action on the overuse of salt by implementing WHO’s sodium reduction recommendations to cut the number of people experiencing heart disease and stroke, and, in turn, save lives.     No more human day--
    no more salt sugar milk tea of coffee,
    no more smoking alcohol drugs of any kind, including anti biotics, or pain relief pills.
    no more wine , fruit juice or any other kind of juicy refreshment ,
    no more apples oranges apples or nuts - bananas dates or co co nuts,
    no more watching TV or listening to the radio , no more walking running jumping to as to much exercise is bad for you,

    no more fun good or bad just sit at home and just be sad,

    They're idiots, the whole bunch. Regions with longer lifespans consume a great deal of salt. Processed fast food, especially the fried stuff is poison.
