I'm wondering why they are functioning perfectly well for everyone else!

Could it be it is because if they sign a contract, they honour it?

    Mans a fumn duck!

Angela Merkel’s appeasement is rather mundane,
why bother to be friends with a government that hates you,

now if you had voted with them,
they would be holding you up as icons by now.

does Germany really care what CFK thinks,
after all, Argentina borrowed the money, so Argentina should pay the dam money back, pronto...

...Capitanich said, suggesting that Germany might have been “co-opted by the vulture funds.”

No, more likely Germany was co-opted by actual knowledge of how the markets work...

Unlike the Whacky Leadership who keeps wondering why the rest of the world doesn't agree with their delusions...

Relations between Germany and the Argentine people would be a lot better if they made a statue out of Kristina.
I am thinking something along the lines of concrete boots on her, then located on the bottom of the Rhine would be nice.

We could offer any number of eye surgeons to attend to Sr. Capitanich. Perhaps if he could then see straight, he could then think and speak more logically.

I might suggest some of the barefoot type recently arrived from Havana. Our Venezuelan neighbours to our North seem to enjoy that medical skill level.

schäuble is the right man, telling what he means and what everybody thinks.
somebody in the administration may have been shaken up and becomes nervous and calms down the situation. no problem.

For a few months I have been wondering what it is in CaptainDismal’s features that I cannot place.

This picture has finally done it for my memory.

It reminds me of little babies who have to strain to crap their nappies! Many of them go temporarily cross-eyed with the effort.

CaptainDismal must have had his eyes stick or he has got something stuck and can’t get it out, if you catch my drift.

One tends to think, that Argentina is trying to pass the jurisdiction over to a European country simply to pass the buck,
Whilst looking to find a European nation who may show sympathy to her cause.

Then question before this year is out, is
    Will she pay?
    Can she pay?
Or can she be forced to pay,??

    justa cheap thought.

“We could offer any number of eye surgeons to attend to Sr. Capitanich. Perhaps if he could then see straight, he could then think and speak more logically.”

I have wondered for some time if Captain Itches' strained expression betrays a medical problem that contributes to his ignorance of the simple concept, that if you borrow money, it us generally paid back, often with interest.

I thought it might be piles, permanent constipation or perhaps he has painful knees?

It may be as you state, his eyes need testing and he needs to go to Specsavers.

    Do they accept Pesos?
