Sepp Blatter says a report into allegations of corruption in the 2018 and 2022 World Cup bidding contests will not be made public. Simple as that?
USA should extradite Blatter but in the interests of Justice the Judge should be anybody but Barbier. Blatter and USA Judge Barbier could easily be related.
