The Brazilian government will offer tax rebates for exporters beginning in October, Finance Minister Guido Mantega said on Monday, in the latest measure to help struggling businesses just days ahead of a presidential election. Read full article
Brazil needs a broad tax reform. No sectoral bias by reducing taxes.
It is far better to leave Real depreciate 20%.
We have to learn to play the game of capitalism. The United States keeps its currency artificially undervalued since 2010 through the stimulation of the FED, China keeps its currency too.
The Central Bank of Brazil is doing the wrong game. We need to leave Real depreciate. These last two years was enough to companies suit your foreign currency exposure time.
I read the first post twice because it was from Brazzo and it actually makes sense, hence the hang on what did I just read! Then reverted to type in that last sentence, a mixed up meaningless jumble.
Then Brazzo comes back in #3 with profanity. I say to you Brazzo that no-one actually wishes to talk with you. The world would be a better place without your rants and lack of intellect. Go away. Dollars to donuts you'll be back replying soon saying something moronic and ridiculous. No-one minds a different viewpoint but when you make completely no sense then don't expect anyone to pay attention.
The Brazilian government shouldn't be giving anything to any particular sector. There should be less taxation, and repeal of restrictive laws and regulations, so that everyone can do better, not just the politically favored.

I thought the same thing when I started to read his post....didn't take long though, to realize that nothing changed...he simply couldn't resist being his same, stupid self......and him calling you a BASTARD...well well, well...here's the idiot that accuses people of using profanities when they don't....he probably had an orgasm as he finished typing D !

The Brazzo is so feckin' stupid that quite frankly I'm gonna do my best to ignore his non-sensical crap.
Now, getting back to the Mantega announcing tax refunds , 3 months before the time, and only 3 days before the election, I would say that it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the elections.... wouldn't you ??
(desperate times, desperate measures....)
