Even the most feeble minds ever born would by now be thinking they had better start listening to Judge Griesa otherwise they are totally lost financially, but not the morons “ruling” TDC, oh no, they WON'T do the correct thing ever! (Stamps foot)

I think I can hear wailing coming from Casa Rosada, it's only 150 Km away.

Perhaps the wire noose is being fashioned even now. :o)

Klingon, That post isn't funny and it makes you look like a fool.

Whether Arg pays now or later you will pay, it will include principal, interest, penalties and legal fees. Everyday, day in and day out interest, penalties and legal fees mount up. The longer Arg refuses the more they'll owe.
    The judgement isn't going anywhere.
Very soon, Arg will not have enough U$ to buy fuel.
I will be happy when you all are suffering because of your intransigence.
    Maybe you'll finally learn.

You're probably right as I've always been against lifetime tenure for judges in the USA with the exception of SCOTUS and maybe they should be looked at as well.......25 years and out. But than......I hate judges and lawyers equally. There should be a mandatory retirement on judges like 75. However he still is the judge no matter how frail he is.

@10. Bet with an argie? You MUST be joking!
@11. Surely the best thing with this is that Judge Griesa is making case law or precedent. English courts may cite judgements from countries that share the common law tradition. That includes courts in other Commonwealth countries and, to an extent, the United States. And the reverse applies.
@12. I don't see why. How long is your working life? Let's say it's 45-47 years. Why would you restrict a judge to 25 years provided he/she remains capable? That's discrimination. Have you had some 'bad' experiences with judges and lawyers? Anyway, it would be totally inappropriate to force a judge out if, like Judge Griesa, they have been 'in charge' of a case for years. The logical response would be to have the case restart from the beginning. In this particular case, can you not see that everything said and done by both parties is relevant? Things might not be given proper weight in a court record. Why do you say that Judge Griesa is frail? He seems to have got argieland's number!
@13. Quite agree. and both the full United States Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court found no reason to revise Griesa's ruling.

    “”“. Reap it rotting roadkill.”“”

    to whom is this...an insult...?

kinda hard to tell a) who its directed at and b) what its supposed to mean.

not too mention that in many countries roadkill tends to dry out in the sun rather than rot...and “reap it desiccating roadkill” doesnt really have the right flow to it...

in fact, thinking about it, roadkill rather tends to be scavenged before it rots pretty much anywhere there's roads....

    so,..hmm...yeah.. confused...

Its almost as bizarre as the 12 labors of Vladimir Putin.. (go on, google it...)

So......even though Argentina moved it's payment center and changed trustee's, why is no one reporting that the bondholders are flocking to request payment? There was only one bondholder who I heard of willing to accept Argentina and that is David Martinez. Am I incorrect that no one is bitting

    17. Banco Nacion doesn't know how to process the payments nor to whom to make them.

That was my point which I posted all along. They can't make any payments unless they existing trustee....aka transfer agent provides and the payees and that would be against Griesa's order. So.......how many days until the grace period ends for Default Par duex.
