Under the heading of “Emerging markets prospects and strategy” the US bank group JPMorgan-Chase states that no matter who wins in Uruguay's 26 October presidential election, “we do not expect significant changes in the framework of current policy”. Read full article

This outfit knows nothing of what is happening on the ground in Uruguay.

Like all such stargazers they are in reality looking backward and projecting what they see forward.

If POU gets in (I do hope so) most of the old Tupas murdering commie bastards will be out and the corruption reduced accordingly.

Uruguay deserves to be free of the Broad Fraud and the sooner the better.
