    We saw it televised, and I must disagree with the author.

    Aecio Neves scored a hit on the state of the economy, and the Petrobrass scandal. “ We're going to.... ” stated by President Dilma did not register very well. People in the crowd watching the debate asked “ Why didn't she already. ”
