    Unfortunately vision and ability are separate entities.

    MercoSur has neither.
    Venezuela is a basket case only interested in the useless ALBA and promoting its ridiculous ideology. Argentina is in default and run by corrupt megalomaniacs.
    How can the Pacific Alliance possibly benefit without internal change in these two members of MercoSur?
