In what is considered a leading case for Argentina, the country's Supreme Court said search engines are not responsible for any content they index, handing a victory to Google in what had become one of the most technologically complicated issues to reach Argentina’s highest court in recent memory. Thanks for sharing that. I particularly liked this bit:
We do plan to go ahead and broadcast the Top Gear programme filmed in Argentina. We will ensure that these programmes are a fair representation of what took place throughout their stay.

We have never seen a girl posing in a thong going on to claim that she never wanted it publicised and it damaged her “career”.

    @7

What she is referring to is not images of her in a thong. It's a leaked sex-tape. Even though she doesn't have a legal case - against Google at least - she has every right to be upset. Obviously someone betrayed her trust.

    On a more serious note,
Abortion (Articles 6 and 23 of the ICCPR)
Argentina’s Penal Code allows therapeutic abortion to save a woman’s life or preserve her health.
However, whether women can access such procedures depends on the narrow interpretations and moral and religious standards of judges and magistrates. It is, therefore, crucial to review the therapeutic exceptions so that they are applied in light of the international consensus on human
rights in matters of life and health.
Moreover, at present there are no health facilities providing legal abortion services. Although not required by law, requests for judicial approval of legal abortions are common, particularly in the
government-run health sector, and these requests tend to be denied. In most cases, unreasonable delays ensue. These delays clearly show the government’s failure to meet the duties imposed upon it by Argentine law.
The criminalization of abortion has driven it underground, thus exposing women, particularly the poorest and youngest, to serious health risks. Research has documented the dramatic effects of
unsafe abortion on women’s health and has also revealed that the barriers to their resolution are usually political rather than scientific.

    13.
I dont know what you are talking about. It works like this.
Men proposes, woman chooses. That is how biology works, we want to stick it in, but you get to pick from a wide range of sperm donors which one you get. Are poor young women getting pregnant to often ??? Well start using protection and making better choices and keeping those loose legs shut, you sluts.
Its a load of bollucks that they end up going to clandestine abortion centers because of health reasons. You are using in that paper a fringe of cases to justify abortions at whole scale.
The majority of those cases are just women that have cheated on their patners, didn't ware protection, or just sluts.

Do you know what a zygote is?? Its the first cell of a living being. You already have a full DNA sequence and full cromosome dotation that divides you from both your parents as a new separate entity. He may be in your body but he no longer is your body.

    It really is that simple.

Glad to see that you accept that women should have choices in life.
Just sad that their choices are so limited to choose between different degrees of rotten fruits. ...

Of course I accept that women have choices in life!!

Nonsense, those rotten fruits are raised mostly by women. The problem with women is that they want the top 15% of “alphas” and more so if they are wealthy, yet they never manage to hook those up so they end up falling off the market as women's reproductive capacity and atractiveness is of a shorter life span than men's.

    Ummm....
where are the men raising these kids?
    Where is their responsibility?
Top 15 % haha!!! That is your problem. You want men to be in control. Not equality. You worship a male dominated society, then feel emasculated by it.
Do you not understand why I laugh at your ideals?
Men in your culture control this. Therefore make it 50% or more. Of course impoverished, unempowered women will seek rich, powerful men.
what other choice do they have?
You created the situation, and now you complain?

  • CabezaDura2

Where else are they but at work or divorced.
Why do most western laws favour the mother to keep the tenance of the kid in case of a divorce?

And no its you that doesn't want equality, you want power but you dont want responsability that comes with the power.
Im not a “rotten fruit” dear woman. You make your own bad choices you have to life with them. Im saying to you I dont want a slut that has being used by tens of tens by her late 20s and then wants to hook up with me just because Im a good guy or a wealthy earner. I dont want the mother of my kids to be a former slut. No father wants his daughter to be a slut.
Why is this so hard to understand for feminist like yourself??

Its easy to be a slut, being in a commited relationship is difficult and demands self respect.

Men dont control the society, I dont know where you get that idea from?? The most powerful and harmful person in this country is a fu_king woman!!! She didn't accomplish absolutely anything in life, she is not even a lawyer, she just was the wife of somebody and she inhereted massive power to use even more irresponsably than her husband.

The relations that you arbitrarilly talk about are simply set by the free market. I dont have a problem if a woman mechanic offers her services, I dont have a problem if a woman plumber offers her services or a woman electrician for that matter, they have courses and degrees to do these jobs, yet they dont take them out of free choice, nobody is stopping them from doing so. In a couple of hours when they come to pick the garbage from the street, running along behind a truck I will not see any women doing the job.

Its free market, the market employees those who offer their services. Women dont offer their services.

Why ?? Ohh but you do want quotas to get in public jobs and congress. Ohh yes that is what you do want
Feminist created this situation. YOU. Take some God Damn responsability
