just like to remind paulie that Falklands population has 10 x the GDP per Capita of Argentina.
Paulie, why are you all so poor?
French Guiana has a GDP per capita of $20,000 and it is a French 'department' in mainland Lat Am.
What is it that you are getting so wrong?
would you like a gherkin? or maybe a gripen?
    Say please.
