Will Dilma be pragmatic or listen to the jealous Socialist ideaologues of Mercosur, and shoot themselves in the head??

DumbAss Dilma wants the US to drop everything to have her in the Whitehouse. I nearly wrote 'back' but of course she threw the previous invitation in the bin over some stupid phone tapping nonsense.

All very good for the deadheads of SA, one of the most violent and backward countries of the planet “standing up” to the Americans.

Tell her to fuck off and grow up.

If the government tries to get closer to the United States, the PT government will lose the support of millions of Brazilians, including mine.

A state visit to Washington DC ? Very nice.
A Banquet included at the White House ? Excellent.

I mentioned previously that President Dilma missed a golden opportunity to have President Obama eating out of her hand, when she cancelled her visit over the NSA revelations.

Times change. Another Petrobras executive and two dozen more contractors were just greeted with warrants by the PF.

The question in Washington today is who will still be around in a few months.

    Temer ?

These western countries do not think about cooperation, they think of exploitation. Sell, sell, sell, suck, suck, suck.

Moreover, the BRICS countries organize themselves, cooperate, founded inclusive and constructive multilateral institutions.

If Brazil sign agreements and partnerships with the West, soon they'll be fine and we of America into a hole.

Always been so, while they have willing countries to be exploited they worked little and live at the expense of others.

Our path is to grow by developing skills and technologies that can be shared with South America and Africa forming productive and sustainable chains. Forming strategic alliances between our world and the BRIC.

Our future does not pass through the Western.

Access to western technology is what is pulling you up. Take the Gripen deal, you have to buy into western technology because it would take you a decade and billions to produce a copy of it from locally designed and manufactured parts..

@3, 5. Poor little Brasie. Off in his little la-la land. Before little places like brazil can look for 'co-operation', it has to be worth something. At the moment it's worth NOTHING. Just a few little comparisons. In 2012, the UK mounted the Summer Olympic Games. 10,568 competitors. More than 7 million tickets sold. Compare that to Brazil's effort. 352 competitors. Just over 3 million attended. The UK managed with ease. Brazil struggled. Then, as I recall, UK forces had to travel to Latam to teach the Brazilian army how to get out of boats. Brazil has the shining example of being the murder capital of the world. Nearly FIVE times that of the United States and just over EIGHTEEN times that of the UK. Keep it up, Brasie!

Actually, Brasie, what the BRICS countries do best is talk about it. ALBA, CAN, Mercosur, Unasur, SICA, FTAA, CUBKR, EAC, EUCU, SACU. How many do you want? You don't have 'a world'. Try to remember that the little islands of the UK can do better than you!

And, did you know, that virtually all the instruments in the Philae lander that recently lander on comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko were built in and supplied by the UK. What have you done that's comparable?

Brazil needs the USA as a trading partner...whether you like it or not ; and, btw, who needs your support ? not worth a bucket of piss !

You insist on that stupid phrase “Our future does not pass through the Western.”
Again you just prove you are an ignorANUS...besides being stupid, you are also an arsehole.
    'Nuff time wasted on you...
