But having livd in Mexico for a few years, I think many of their brightest would jump at the chance to liv and work in the US if they could easily do so lawfully.

Justice and Mexico just don't go together too well.
I have a question President Nieto, why should we treat illegal immigrants in our country any differently than you do in yours?
