    Thats cool !!

3 Judges: Bonadio, Griesa and another one in Nevada are the only ones with balls in 8 years that have managed to stuff it up CFK. The Argentine opposition should be hanging from a lamp post. Useless cunts

    Poor Collaborator!

    ---------------------------------

To the author: Once again you demonstrate your ignorance of the most simple aspects of law OR alternately confirm your intellectual dishonesty.

    Take your choice.

The denomination of the bond is of no consequnce - it's the law under which it drafted, construed and enforced.

So, are you incompetent or dishonest?

Kicillof accused the holdouts of “not willing to negotiate, to reach a deal” and he stressed that they have refused several offers, “even one with a 300% profit margin.”

    Answer:

    Dear Mr. Kicillof ,

I would accept the the 300% Profit. That would mean, that you repay me 300% capital + Interest. (I have bought my bonds at an average of 100%)

I like the way Austal Elvis is leaking that they have no intention of coming to an agreement in q1 2015.
I wonder if the holdins are really listening?
    Methinks not
The problem with the Civilized world is they don't understand they're dealing with Insane people in Argentina. They're thinking nobody would be that stupid to do X, then they're surprised when they do.
One of the reasons I am pretty good at figuring out where the Ks are going to go is I take what a normal person would think and take away reason and accountability. ( I stole that btw)
    :)
So nothing from the Sistahs, funny how they never post on articles that prove their previous posts inaccurate.
Or maybe they don't have electricity.

    10. Just reading between the lines of some articles over the last couple of weeks.

Its costing be U$80+/barrel to find and they're gonna get $60 +/-, the math speaks for itself.

Pretty soon YPF's bonds are going to be in jeopardy too.

This is all coming together nicely.

I dont know what Chevron agreed to with the Ks. As I got it they where up to having a foot on the place but not committing anything substantial in the short term.

Mind you Galluccio said as he was appointed in 2012 that with 35 Bn USD worth of investment in VM by 2016 Argentina would recover energetic independence.
Now they say they need 200 Bn investment over the next 10 years. They have utterly failed and lied, and the confiscation was a massive mistake

Come on Argentina, WE ARE CLOSE TO ACHIEVE THE FINISH LINE, requires less to reach December and RUFO clause expires. THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF POLITICIANS, ECONOMISTS OR THOSE OF LA CAMPORA AND CLARIN WHO FIGHT BETWEEN THEM FOR POWER, GIVING AN EXAMPLE OF STUPIDITY .

    13. I think NML is trying to make Chevron reveal the contract. So we may know soon. I said long ago the goal was to secure the rights and slow walk development until the nutters are out of gov't. That really hasn't changed it just pushed development waaaaaay out. Nobody is going to commit large sums of cash for a loss.
It was a very bad mistake for the gov't to take YPF the way they did. THe market cap is only 13B now it will probably be 10B next year or less. If they don't go bankrupt in the interim. They'll certainly not be able to float U$ bonds anytime in the near future.
Fracking technology will get better quickly, but I still don't think VM will ever be a good investment. How many times has Argentina stolen it? 3? 5? I'm pretty sure we'll all be retired or dead before any substantial oil is brought out of there.
Anyway, remember Think/Voice and some of the other Sistahs saying of course people will flock to BA to get paid their bond interest payment. Remember that?
    I do
Remember Idiot Voice saying Griesa would for sure pay the Euro bond payment? Something about back peddling was it? Or wait was that Think?

I feel sorry for you CD. You should move to the USA. Its only going to get much worse pretty quickly. Argentina may end up being worse than Venezuela soon.

    15. A few hundred dollars. Most small businesses now do LLC'S because reporting requirements are less cumbersome than incorporating with the same separation and liability issurs.

The next hearing is in about 2 weeks. The reason the judge did not make the order before was to give the highway robber singer 2 weeks to respond. He missed the boat so no defence. He knows about the anti vulture law. He should not have been given 2 seconds. We do not like scum like him in England. The order will be made. Gaol time for some bank directors.
