The case of Michael Brown in Ferguson was not a “racial killing”. Michael Brown had just robbed a store, the police officer stopped to question a person who matched the description of the robber. As the police officer started to get out of his car Michael Brown pushed the door closed then leaned in the car window and attacked the officer and tried to get the officers gun. When the gun went off Michael Brown ran. The officer followed calling for Michael Brown to stop. Michael Brown turned, put his head down and rushed the officer, who then fired and killed Michael Brown. Witnesses at the scene (also black) confirmed the officers report. An autopsy performed by a pathologist hired by Michael Brown's family confirmed the officers report. There was no human rights abuse, just a lot of misinformation.

Garner ( who was a massive human being ) was put down to the floor using a choke hold. But if you look at the video when he was on the floor and shouting “ I can't breathe” his throat was not constricted. Unfortuneately some people have selective vision for their certain agendas. You only have to look to Argentina to see selective memory of events. Like Castro writing to the BBC for an apology not mentioning or apologising for stoning the BBC crew. Had Castro apologised for the 20 yr old “ VETERENS” I am sure that the BBC would have apologised.

While we still have racial issue here in the USA as many countries that have more than one race do. Even countries with one race have issues........tribeX fights tribe Y for power, sunnis vs shiites.....it goes on. Humanity cannot get along.

Anyway, these groups are failing to recognize that they were not privy to what was presented to the grand jury. While I am not condemning nor condoning, I do k now something has to give.

I pose this question, if a police officer stops you and you have nothing to hide why would you resist to the point of needing several police to restrain you? If I get pulled over for speeding and they ask for my license and registration, I am not going to say “FUCK YOU” when they ask for my license and registration.

People like Al Sharpton does not nothing more than being a divisive and polarizing figure. He is NOT a MLKjr and never will be. Some racial leaders need to start teaching personal responsibility and accountability and than maybe, just maybe they will find the path to betterment.

BTW.......is this the same UN group that put Libya on the Human Rights Council and presented Quadafi with a Human Rights award?

    REALLY!!!!!!!!!!????!!!!!

Here's a new slant. Who are these Special Rapporteurs? There are 37 of them. Minorities. Burundi, Cambodia, Eritrea, Haiti, Myanmar, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Somalia, Sudan, Iran, Pakistan, Cuba, Zambia, South Africa, Australia, Belgium, Kenya, Guatemala, Germany, Romania, Phillipines, Canada, India, Colombia, Finland, argieland, Italy, Austria. Anybody notice the likelihood of “agendas”? Raquel Rolnik railed against inadequate British housing. Coming, as she does, from the favelas of Brazil. Francois Crepeau criticised British attitudes toward immigrants. Being a French-Canadian residing in a country that is British in origin. Special Rapporteurs should be ignored. They are just hysterical anarchists.

Incidentally, what legal knowledge do these individuals have? Let's rename them. Call them “Screechers”. And let's question what right they have to enter a country and conduct an 'investigation'!

With the amount of idiots out there, plus all the disinformation being spread around, it's easy for these Special Rapporteurs to twist the facts to suit their agenda. Their 'findings' in the investigations, carry little or no credibility.

the u.s. is the most racist country in the world along with the uk and south africa.
probably the typical ignorant reader of this 4th class site never heard of the assault of rodney king, the assassination of james byrd, or that the local police is involved in 400 killings of black people per year.
and we are not talking about 1850.

britain, of course, is not much better.
in fact it is even worse.

these twats should learn from argentina about how to be a tolerant nation, where the whole population lives in perfect harmony.

“the u.s. is the most racist country in the world along with the uk and south africa.”

The USA has the MOST races, ethnicities and religions in the world. How many Blacks for example do you have in ArgentinaPC? Oh.....none you committed genocide back in the 1800s. Why don't you tell us how your Argentine diversity compares to the of the USA's? I know you are bit the size of a large state in the USA,........for comparison's, use percentages.

Number of Indigenous people as a % to the entire Argentine population
Blacks people as a % to the entire Argentine population
Asians people as a % to the entire Argentine population
Middle East people as a % to the entire Argentine population
Religions: We know the Christians, but what about Jews ( oh yes.....you blow them up!!) Muslims, Hindu's.

Just tell us about how tolerant Argentina is based on it's diversity.

    Whitening—and Whitewashing—Argentina

    ”Ghosh writes:

It has been alleged that the president of Argentina from 1868 to 1874, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, sought to wipe out blacks from the country in a policy of covert genocide through extremely repressive policies (including possibly the forced recruitment of Africans into the army and by forcing blacks to remain in neighborhoods where disease would decimate them in the absence of adequate health care). … Tellingly, Sarmiento wrote in his diary in 1848: ‘In the United States … 4 million are black, and within 20 years will be 8 [million]. … What is [to be] done with such blacks, hated by the white race? Slavery is a parasite that the vegetation of English colonization has left attached to leafy tree of freedom.’“

You might want to learn a little more about your ”tolerance”......

    Sieg Heil

Show us your tolerance and more so, support your claims in # 7

@7. Argieland - tolerant? Blind or brain-dead? 20-year old 'war veterans' of a war 32 years ago? A war that YOU started and lost. Even if it was deliberate, who pays that much attention to a number plate? Does argieland even know how to feel shame for invading peaceful islands, occupying them, committing war crimes, crapping in people's homes on their furniture. If there were any 'justice' in argieland, all of these so-called 'veterans', and their fathers, would be executed. Publicly. I have this excellent concept where they are all on their knees in the Plaza del Mayo. Gurkhas move amongst them. Emasculating and then beheading.

    @10 Paulie.

You made a post at #7.

Both comments 8 and 9 were responses to your #7 post.

Why, in your comment at #10, did you only reply to #9 and ignore CPs argument in #8?

sometimes you think that the answer is so obvious that it doesn't deserve one.
    but here you have:

first, captain poop is talking about what happened in argentina in ....1850, and the issue here is what happens in the u.s. / u.k., right now in the 21st century.

second, clearly none of you have never been to argentina, otherwise you should know that the jewish population here is the 7th biggest in the world and it is more or less the same with the amerindians.

that´s why my wise advice to all of you is: read more, study more, travel more, and then opine.

If what happened then is nothing to do with what happened and happens now Paul......how about telling your RG trolls to apply that same logic to the Falkands and leave them the fucking alone and shut the fuck up and stop crying they are Argentine. After all. What happened then has nothing to do with WHAT IS NOW. And don't tell me I've never been to Argentina.

Hey listen up you fucking slope head. The reason the events of yesterday in Argentina , killing off the blacks and the genocide of blacks matters to this article........you have one race because of those actions your fucking idiot.

Maybe if the USA killed off the slaves in the civil, we too would have no racial issues like Argentina. But we did not kill off the blacks like Argentina.

You by far are beyond stupid.

And BTW.....NO HISTORICAL events the the rules of making a point here? When did this happen?

Get out of your cesspool you call home.

“these twats should learn from argentina about how to be a tolerant nation, where the whole population lives in perfect harmony.” according to Paul.

let's see if your tiny little brain can understand it:
this article is not about the killings of black or indigenous people in south africa, argentina, tasmania or wherever you want, you twat.

it is about racial issues in the u.s. right now, not in the 19 th century.

    got it now, forro?

“Anti-Semitism in daily life is widely apparent in Argentina. A prime example of this occurs regularly at the Atlanta association football club located in the Villa Crespo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, a district that has a significant Jewish population. For several years now the fans of opposing teams root for their clubs by waving Nazi flags and throwing soaps onto the playing field.[41]”
