Deported Uruguayan murderer defies ban, returns to Argentina
A convicted murderer and robber of Uruguayan nationality sentenced to life imprisonment and deported back to his country in 2008, ends up arrested one again in Argentina. Should he be sent back home yet again or go back to jail? Judges silent. Read full article

Oh dear Argentina, what a dilema for you, no law to cover such an incident? Should have thought of that before sending him to Uruguay. Of course silly me the Argies do not think before acting.

He replied “well, I haven’t commanded a ship in years but they still call me Captain”!
My friend was a young lady when that happened but she has never forgotten it.
I loved it, it works on so many levels.
