Bergi is rabidly mad to proof, by conjecture, that there was GSR on the victim: he now claims that an Insurance Doctor was on the scene before anybody else and he 'could have accidently' removed the GSR trace when he touched the body.

The type of test they are using has been revealed in BsAs Herald: it's the 'electronic sweep' method which cannot be as accurate as the classical wet method though this does require diligent, careful, work when sampling and transmitting the sample to the lab.

Does anybody think the K's would allow diligent, careful, GSR analysts anywhere near the place?

The Prosecutor has allowed the gun to be fired by someone else to see if they have GSR on them afterwards. He'll make sure he has a nice pair of lab gloves on so as NOT to have GSR and his hand.

It's like Fred Carnot's Circus everywhere you look if the press are to be believed.

CFK is busy tweeting her defence.

If they has any clue how to handle this situation they would not be discrediting a dead man out of respect to the people that loved him and before the investigation into his death is concluded. She has no class.

the government goes from the theory of suicide because he was repentant of his denunciation to the theory that he was killed to involve the government.

there was not one word of condolence to his family in the hundreds of messages from kirchner and her minions.

so, on one hand you have a conspiracy theory, and a suicide theory.
now who the fuck could kill a guy who had 10 bodyguards and lived in a building full of cameras and wardens:
    the result is:
    1- the govt
    2- the servicios

lagomarsino, stiuso and milani should be investigated the sooner the better.

    What a wonderful explanation.

“The locksmith explained that this second door was locked but without turning the key, which “was still in the lock.” He said that he pushed the key until it fell off the lock and then used another key, from Nisman’s mother, to finally open the door.

“I turned her key and opened it. I picked up my tools and ten minutes later I left.”

What sort of key? If Nisman's mother had a key, couldn't she have pushed the key through and unlocked the door?

Dear Conqueror, you may be 100 years ahead of us. (Certainly 25 years ahead of Chile, as we buy your used warships for our navy, but your bath showers are truly from the Victorian age. I was sent there for training and truly disappointed. Then again, even the French had better showers, but they seemed to be rarely used.
Chileans seem to have caught up with the UK regarding locks because we have more theft than your country, but far less than Argentina. For that reason, they typically have the latest lock technology.

    Really????????????
Here is my comment on 'internal argentine matters.'

CFK is a corrupt, power-mad despot. Argentina is fast becoming a 'pariah' state through failure to meet debt-repayment requirements and refusal to meet WTO legislation.
Domestic violence in Argentina is a serious problem. In Buenos Aires Province, the special Women's Police Stations and Family's police stations received a daily average of 53 complaints of violence.
Deforestation and pollution are the main threats to Argentina's biodiversity and landscapes.
A census in 1914 revealed that Argentina had approximately 105 million ha of forest. Today, studies estimate a remaining 28 to 45 million ha. According to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), some 16,288,000 ha of Argentina’s forest cover have been lost between 1980 and 2000.

I have never complained when you comment on other countries. However I do, and will continue to do so, when your idiotic 'what-aboutery' is irrelevent to the topic of the article to be discussed.
May I remind you of the 'mission statement' of Mercopress?

It is not a forum for your twisted opinions on the the world outside of this sphere, (and your obvious lack of knowledge thereof), but a FREE space to dicuss matters pertaining to the area that is pertinent to MercoSur.

I agree. The way a violent death is paraded and editorialized in the Argentine media, the way everybody including journalists will give definite answers about what happened, the way fiscals and judges talk to the media seems indeed incredibly messy when compared with how things are done, for example, in Canada.
However, as things unravel, I would like to point out that the elements present in Nisman's death are many, and not all point to an act of violence by the government.
On the other hand, the record of Nestor and Cristina in government is exceptionally free of violence. People have marched on the streets and abundantly insulted the president without a single tear gas can being thrown. Caceroleros went to march with their kids. We only need to go back a few years, 2001, when the police was still shooting to kill in the streets.
On the other hand, the 350-page accusation presented by Nisman is pretty lose; the government would have been foolish to kill for that. On the contrary, the government's interest would have been to let Nisman speak and answer questions during his ill-fated Monday encounter with legislators. Somebody was not interested though.

Do you not see the hypocrisy and hubris in what you say?

By the way, Argentine police are not shy with the tear gas...

”BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- Riot police fired tear gas and rubber bullets late Sunday to restrain a group of vandals who disturbed a peaceful rally celebrating Argentina's gutsy performance in a 1-0 defeat to Germany in the World Cup final.
Parents with small children could be seen fleeing in fear after police, who initially remained on the sidelines as jubilant fans poured into downtown Buenos Aires, began chasing down the vandals on motorcycles.

Oh well, I've already said that our theives are infamous in Europe, but Argentina is far more crooked.
Argentina is not the worst country in Latin America, nor the most corrupt, nor are the people the worst. What is so troubling is that Argentina has it all, a homogeneous fairly well population that speaks the same language, incredible natural reasources, with the ability to feed a large apart of the world, oil, fish, minerals, beauty, great wine, good football players, the “Paris of South America”,
    good looking women, etc...
Yet, your politicians continue to destroy it all.
Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama and the Falklands Islands continue to improve their prosperity with far fewer riches...
...and you bristle every time we remind you of your failings...

”According to the police of the English capital, the -name pickpocket who receives the Chilean carterista- English are the hardest to stop, for their creativity and sophistication.
