I believe it was John Le Carre who once said you can explain everything by either stupidity or conspiracy. That's as maybe, but the real humdinger to sort out is the stupid conspiracy. If Nisman's assassination is a K conspiracy, it is either stupid beyond belief or a truly impressive Machiavellian diversion. Listening to Annibal Fernandez, I'd bet on the former.

On the other hand, if it's somebody else's conspiracy, the discovery of this draft some days after the murder is just far too convenient to be credible.

“Oh dear, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive” is obviously yhe new mantra for Captain Dismal, the 'Brush under my nose' Anibal Fernandez and the rest of TMBOA' lap dogs.

So now there IS such a document, but “the president cannot be arrested”, which may be true, but she is shown as the centre-piece of this disgusting act.

9mm (an upgrade from 0.22rf lr) for her methinks.

    President Cristina Fernandez
    the south American Teflon don.

Fein in the picture looks very stressed and worried to me,

I would not like to be in her shoes right now,
perhaps this is a case for Scotland yard, or Sherlock holms.
    what do you think, Watson....

Aníbal Fernández has clearly not realised that just because a document is dated June, does not mean it was placed in the bin in June.

It is becoming increasingly clear that this whole incomprehensible mess is a plot by the British Royal Family, whose aim is to divert Argentina from pursuing its legitimate rights to the Falklands Islands, South Georgia, the South Sandwich Islands, and surrounding maritime spaces.

    Or something.

CFK has lost all control now. There is almost complete public opinion that the government was involved. She may have not ordered the murder, but it looks as though someone in the government did.
She'll still probably get away with it.

This is now on all international news channels , CNN gave it a 7 minute piece detailing the whole Iran connection .
The fact that Nisman was preparing an arrest warrant for TMBOA does rather point the finger at her and those around her .
As Chicureo says , she will get away with it , there is always the sordid stench of death around Argentine heads of state , civil or military ( not militar , pgerman ! ) .
Apart from Raul Alfonsin of course , nice Radical that he was , God rest his soul .

@8 If it was not Prince Phillip on the roof of Buckingham Palace using a wok to send messages to kill Nisman, I suspect Fat Max's army had a hand in it. There is a reason he has kept a low profile and raised an army.

If it's coming from the K Kamp, it would certainly require a high degree of stupidity on the part of the perp, since it is rather hard to see how CFK and ko can have benefited from this in any way. But stranger things have happened.

    9. I think you are probably right. What amazes me is how the world sees Argentina. Every Int'l news org is carrying this story.
Common Thuggery with the backing of the State.
If the USA had a Prez with a backbone and a brain CFK would be gone.

@10 I doubt CFK would have ordered it. Would people around her? My instinct is yes, quite possibly. There is an arrogance and disengagement from reality in the K's camp, especially since the death of Nestor. SOmeone could easily have taken matters into their own hands. As for not benefitting CFK, she doesn't seem to be too worried, and is anyone really challenging her over it?

It could well be disgruntled ex-intelligence officers trying to frame CFK but it doesn't seem to have worked if that was the aim. People in Argentina were momentarily cross and protesting but they have a very short attention span.

Come on tell us what you think about this.

Or better still list the stock prices of some unimportant companies,
or mention how the medical facilities for a mere 3000 people do not include a CT scanner.

I'm betting the next picture we will see of El Presidnte she will be in another Wheelchair or even bed-ridden?

I doubt it will be long before she keels over again. The way she was hitting the booze and mixing it with her meds over Christmas; it will be a hip next.

@9. Don't be daft. She's a criminal. Imagine a proper investigation. Where does her money come from? How many international laws does she breach? How much of the UN Charter does she breach? How many judicial processes does she ignore/evade? Let's just shoot her and then see how much corruption is left! Then we can do for Gollum, Anibal, Putrid Jelly and everyone else worthy of death in argieland. Should get rid of several million.

Excellent article and well worth reading about the Guatemala similarities. (Including the link)

It is a bit quiet from the “Las Malvinas belongs to Argentina group.” Perhaps it's a good time for them to explain to us again about all the wonderful benefits the Falklands islanders would have if they were Argentinians. Let's see: Greater national pride? A fair justice system? An honest and trustworthy police? A more stable economy? Better medical care? Better social care? Banking? Business? Corruption? Please help me... All I can think of is some fairly good Malbec wine and excellent dulce de leche...

OK , here's a few theories we could chuck into the mix :
It's got to be fairly local , because , let's face it , no one gives enough of a a shit what happens in Latin America ( apart from 20 of us who post on here )
1 ) Maximo ordered it to protect his mother and to cement the emerging dynasty ( ie himself ) . Possible .
2 ) This Stiusso did in order to embarrass the regime . Errr...Why ?
What's in it for him ? Wealth , fame , prestige .. None of the above
3 ) The Americans did it because of the reapproachement with Iran over ISIL AND to embarrass the govt. : An interesting angle ?
4 ) The opposition , copying the Guatemalan angle : Firstly this is Verbitsky's ( alias El Perro , Montonero murderer with the blood of at least 30 people on his hands ) theory . The opposition sadly can't mount an opposition let alone a murder .
5 ) Verbitsky did it . He's a trained , proven and effective terrorist and he is a Kirchnerite lapdog .
6 ) Grupo Clarin . Because everything is their fault
7 ) Someone close to the president other than Maximo . Otherwise there wouldn't be constant denials and a change of story every 5 minutes .
    Very , very , likely .
It sends out a powerful signal not to mess with the regime
It's cowed the rest of the judiciary
Kretina obviously feels better as a result and can walk again
and everyone has forgotten about inflation , insecurity , the price of a kilo of beef and the electric bill has doubled again .

Now we are supposed to believe that Viviana Fein is independent and under pressure when she gets 3 calls per day from Gils Carbó and lied for Nisman had a diagonal shot from above 4 cm behind the ear. The poor bugger was executed badly and Berni was in the first hours liberating the zone.

Oh Cristina sickens me. Now there are reports in The Guardian that she is spreading rumours that Lagomarsino had an 'intimate' relationship with Nisman.
This kind of homophobic comment will go down well with the 'macho' La 'Campola'.
Are there no levels to which this woman will not sink?
Racism, homophobia, slander, libel, pre-judicing investigations, murder (allegedly), and now the investigator into her hotel business/business dealings in fear of their life.....

Look out for paulcedron as PabloRG/Pablo Cedron bravely (sic) defending her on CiF/Guardian threads. Trés amusé, dahlinks!

After reading the China Twitter debacle, I've come to the conclusion that Cristina's doctors must be in on a secret joke - they're probably rolling around with laughter seeing the effect the meds are having on her and dare each other to prescribe her something else that will make her even more loony.
I can see her in a straitjacket before her time is up.......one too many Clarin articles.
