A teenager was killed during a protest on Tuesday in the western city of San Cristobal, state officials said, as tensions rise in Venezuela amid an economic crisis and a government crackdown on the political opposition. Read full article
What a curious story. Were those cops, by any chance, sitting on their motorbikes? How do you 'snatch' a motorbike with a cop sitting on it? Especially when there are four of them. So this cop 'snatched' is gun out and fired at the ground. Wonder if anybody ever told him about ricochets? If you have to use a gun, shouldn't you fire into the air? Or was the gun so heavy?
Let's consider police officer Javier Mora, 23. He who will be charged. So it's 'unclear' whether Roa died from a gunshot wound. Someone needs to explain Venezuelan law and justice for us. If you don't know the cause of death, how do you get to charge someone? Was it down to a gunshot wound? Bullet holes tend to be fairly obvious. Especially as blood tends to flow out of them.
I think I detect the quivering hand of MADurine. He is, after all, obsessed with death. We should note his statement. It's a Washington-backed plot to create violent opposition. So he needed obvious violence. Demonstrably, he's a nutjob.
1. The Constitution of Venezuela, (and being the most recent version voted into authoritory by the Chavista Gov. (Note Bene!)), states that it is illegal for the Armed forces to fire upon, or attack in anyway, 'el pueblo' - the people. This is enshrined by law in order to protect the people from any possible 'coup'.
2. Recently the Chavista Gov. voted that due to the so-called 'economic war', Madurro can now rule by decree.
3. One of his most recent decrees now authorises the Armed Forced/National Guard to fire live ammunition at unarmed protestors 'in defence of the Nation/Bolivarian Revolution'.
Anyone want to help me, and 28 million Venezuelans figure this out?
Apart from the ethical reckonings, is it legal or not?
Is this not part of a 'self-coup' by Madurro in order to impose a dictatorship?
