Argentine cabinet reshuffle: Anibal Fernandez becomes chief of staff
Argentina named the president's chief of staff, Anibal Fernandez, as the new Cabinet chief on Thursday in a reshuffle that comes as the government faces a political crisis. Fernandez, a close political ally of President Cristina Fernandez, who is no relation, will replace Jorge Capitanich, the presidency said. Read full article

I'm not sure why Anibal the animal should replace Capitanich the cabin boy. His statements are at least as stupid and unbelievable. And 'foul-mouthed' as well! That should make the daily 'briefings' a hoot. Wouldn't it be fun if he appeared for his first 'briefing' and no-one else did?

All he has to do is say he intended to fight for the Malvinas myth in 1982 but couldn't make it (washing the car, taking the Mrs shopping , couldn't afford the boat/air fare etc ) and cue the medals and sloppy kisses (etc) from TMBOA and Gollum...
