    One of the first whistleblowers categorically stated that Dilma AND Lula were aware of the corruption scheme in Petrobrás... the notorious fact that Dilma is controlled by Lula, may end up being a plausible defense against criminal charges, but not eventual impeachment ; but Lula no doubt, was who gave the go ahead to all politicians now accused, as well as to the PB directors appointed by the PT and the PMDB... the fun is just beginning.

    Only 54? Well that is better news than expected!

    Will they just drag this out for years and years?

    Will this derail Brazil's ambition to join the 'top-table'?

    Or both?

    We shall see, but I am sure global investment firms are wary.

    @4 Ilsen,
    You can be sure that until Brazil is seen as getting its act together, by the international investors, no productive investments will come in....on the other hand, with the USDollar hitting all-time highs, today about R$ 3.10 , and the prime-rate at 12.75%, speculative capital will........and while the country is going down the drain, Dilma and the PT continue to blame the situation on the international crisis, despite the fact that the economies of the USA and W. Europe are picking up. The government refuses to acknowledge publicly that it has screwed up, and continues with its old policies as if nothing has happened.
