Personally, I'm all for reinstating Clarkson, just so long as somebody gets to punch him first. Otherwise I can't imagine where the BBC are going to find another bloke with saloon bar attitudes and a driving licence.

Whatever we say, he has a huge following and a worldwide audience who enjoy the fact he is not PC. The public like a maverick who probably acts the way they would like to themselves.
Taking a step back, he is accused of swinging at the producer.
Until the case has been examined and all the details come out, he is not guilty.
No offence has been been committed against the viewing public, the incident has not been shown on TV so, why remove the program from the schedules.
If it offends the viewing public then they have other channels to watch.
If the viewing figures plummet, then Top Gear will disappear off the viewing schedules.

PC is one thing, who cares, but if it's true he punched a subordinate after three hours in the pub because he didn't like his dinner, he deserves all he gets.

Well, as of now (1145Z 12 March) it's passed 700k signatories, making it the third largest petition on the site (behind the one requesting the British government intercede with the case of Ghoncheh Ghavami - a British-Iranian joint national who was arrested and held in solitary confinement for going to see a men's volleyball match which was apparently illegal in Iran, and the petition in support of the students kidnapped by boko haram in northern Nigeria).

I notice that Paul has a penchant for calling people fatso even when he has never seen them. This could be an attempt at denying his own corpulence and transferring his deep seated shame to someone else. As we all know, the main Argentine characteristic is blaming the rest of the world for their own self-inflicted woes.
Never mind, there are thousands of Arg. shrinks available for consultations.
Take out -of -control with you.... he certainly needs help.

    14 Pablo-child-troll,

“... anyway, i am watching the pic of that useless blogger right now, and yes, he is flatulent fatso with a ridiculous haircut.
how would you describe that ball of fat?”

    Pablo,

Who cares about your personal insults?
I imagine you would describe Stephen Hawking as “an ugly skinny cripple that can't even talk... ” or something similar.

    You must be very insecure.

I am using YOU as a case study. Your usage of the expression lol also indicates a need for self-affirmation and a rather juvenile range of vocabulary.
Fascinating !! What do you do for encores ?

'cuz we all know, he luvs him really...

go on, admit it, paco-pilot, when you are stoned off your gourd, you dream about being him... or maybe just kissing and snuggling up to Big Papi El Ingles... so he can protect you from all those nasty bullies in La Campora....

The BBC should listen to what the people who are forced to pay it obscene amounts of money each year are saying and reinstate him.
