Argentina’s Cabinet Chief Anibal Fernández received United States ambassador to Argentina Noah Mamet in his Casa Rosada office. Apparently the meeting was strictly protocol, and no details of the agenda were supplies to the media. Read full article
And how many times did the Argentine government express concern about about the absurd and unfair claims for of the Chavista regime for 16 years that the US is a threat to Venezuela's national security??
This week, the Argentine government expressed its “concern and astonishment” over the current Washington-Caracas war of words.
Of course it did. 'Concern' that the US is finally saying Had enough of this latino crap. Next time tinboy tries some stunt he might get himself shot. Just imagine the idea of barging aboard a USAF aircraft and stealing its equipment. And 'astonishment' on the level. We thought Obama was a pussycat.
Yeah, but then you 'thought' that Britain was pulling out of the South Atlantic and didn't believe WE would oppose your colonialist, imperialist aggression. Wrong, eh? Imagine the 'impossible' things Britain did to assemble its Task Force. Look between your bum cheeks for 'Klingon' and imagine how soon US Task Forces might be around.
How long will it take before argieland realises that it has no real 'friends'? Yes, in 1982, a few latam countries thought they could get a slice of the glory for defeating Britain. But it didn't happen. Other latams watched argies getting chewed to pieces by a relatively tiny task force 8,000 miles from home. Maybe they remembered WW2 and that Hitler thought he could overcome Britain. By 1942, without Americans or Russians, Britain had started to beat Germany.
In the 'grow the biggest bogbrush possible' competition either 'annibal the cannibal' is either mentoring Madurine or Madurine is Bogbrush's lovechild.
Hence the paternal concern shown by Bogbrush to get the Yanks to think that Venezuela aren't that bad.
As Venezuela have been for some years somewhat anti-USA, I find it surprizing that Bogbrush hasn't taken this on board, oh hang on, why am I surprized? They don't understand how international politics work do they?
And he thinks the USA is going to take advice from Argentina?
Argentina has every right to be concerned. If I lived in Argentina I would be very concerned too.
Very concerned about becoming a Bolivarian Socialist State, just like Venezuela.
As for this 'astonishment' ?
It is either down to stupidity, naivety or just being a typical 'drama - llama'.
Who knows?
Who really cares?

Specifically, claims for of the Chavista part of the sentence.
Did you mean 'for' OR ''of'' ?
Not being nasty, they signify 'For' or 'Against', to have both is, well, confusing.
Thank You!
:-)
If Mamet has any sense he'll ask for his money back or a posting somewhere without a bunch of loonies and crooks running the government.
