At least Vasquez is attempting to trade with Peru unlike 'No Money Pepe' our failed Tupa president.
Uruguay is going in the right direction. Chile's embrace of the free market has been the primary reason for our economic success as well as having now the highest per capita income in Latin America. Columbia, Panama and Peru have also embraced free trade agreements and they have currently the fastest growing economies. Chile has given Paraguay and offered Uruguay free port privileges at our Pacific ports.

MercoSur should disband. It has failed its remit. It has failed its people. It is a ghost.
