A Court of Cassations (Appeals) prosecutor on Monday refused to take on the criminal complaint formulated by late AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman, in which he accused Argentine President Cristina Fernández and other government officials of covering up the identities of those responsible for the deadly bombing at the Jewish community centre. It won't be the last we here of it, that's for sure.
I think TMBOA needs to be suicided.
Uhhhhh . . . Nisman's report has never been disseminated.

Apr 21st, 2015 - 11:55 am - Link - Report abuse 0An attempt to manufacture a scandal tainting the Argentine government has finished its long and painful agony and placed where it belongs: the nice try museum.
Apr 21st, 2015 - 01:13 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Contrary to what chronic alleges at #2, Nisman's denunciation is online, available to all. Anybody who reads the 280-page document with an open mind realizes there is nothing there but smoke and mirrors.
Of course, if there had to be anything worth investigating, the process and consequent suspicions would have been a boon for the opposition to the party in government during the election campaign.
It remains now to be investigated how such a amateurish attempt to tarnish the government came about, including the suspicious matter of the prosecutor's death.
This is not the end of the Nisman's affair by any means.
This will be sorted out by the next non Kthug gov't.

The attempt to manufacture a scandal tainting the Argentine government has, as you say finished, BUT the great majority of the people still believe that CFK and her minions are guilty of:
1) Protecting the guilty Iranians.
2) Murdering Alberto Nisman.
If the case had been investigated by the Judiciary, these suspicions would either be shown to be false or shown to be true. As it is the suspicions exist and somewhere in the region of 60% of or compatriots are convinced that the K (mis)government is guilty of treason and murder!!!!!!!
Enrique and those are the words spoken from an Argentine living no other than in.....wait for it......in Argentina.......not in exile in Canada.
Apr 21st, 2015 - 02:24 pm - Link - Report abuse 04. Nisman's evidence was stolen when he was killed.

Apr 21st, 2015 - 02:47 pm - Link - Report abuse 0You know full well that a government tainted by such serious official allegations from its own Judiciary, needs to be investigated and cleared, or convicted.
Where is your link to the indictment, if it exists??
Simon68, an argentine who lives in Arg. seems to have a very different view that contrasts sharply with yours, as a biased gov. supporter.

Enrique still makes me wonder (like many do), that if Kirchner is so good for Argentina and life is so good IN Argentina....than why must he remain suckling the nipples of the North American, capitalist country of Canada. Is not time to leave that nasty life in Canada for a better way in Argentina? Or are you just a complete hypocrite?
Apr 21st, 2015 - 04:02 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Please.....this is open to ANYONE:
Why must all of Argentina's supporters of Kirchnerism and Peronism pontificating the wonderful life in Argentina life.......in Europe or North America?
mmmmmmmmmmmm....very telling indeed Enrique.
Because they are paid agents? ;)

Apr 21st, 2015 - 04:32 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Troy: You know full well that a government tainted by such serious official allegations from its own Judiciary, needs to be investigated and cleared, or convicted.
Enrique: Absolutely. That was done. Seven members of the judiciary at different levels reviewed Nisman's denunciation and one after the other dismissed the document as worthless in judicial terms. (I can provide details on this if you want further information).
Troy: Where is your link to the indictment, if it exists??
Enrique: I am providing below two links to Nisman's document. It's in Spanish, but you can use Google translator to read it in English. And so you know, Nisman's denunciation never reached the level of indictment in terms of Argentine law.

Enrique: Come on Troy! Are you kidding me? Ever had a hint about how democracy works? Of course many Argentines think different than me and that is fine!
I am informing you that debate for the next election has started, will be very lively if I ever knew my country people, and whatever results come about the election they will be respected. That, in itself, will be another achievement of the last three decades of legality in Argentina.

Yes, political assassination with impunity is entirely legal in Argentina. In your eyes, that is an achievement. ;)

I am humbled by the high quality of your argument. You are right. Why bother with facts? Let's keep ranting and belittling whoever disagrees with us.
How come the only people on this board that support The Kthugs are the ones who've not been to Argentina for 40+yrs?

Apr 22nd, 2015 - 10:19 pm - Link - Report abuse 0``IF IT'S NECESARY, PAUL SINGER WILL HELP US´´.
Apr 23rd, 2015 - 03:32 pm - Link - Report abuse 0This is what prosecutor nisman said in some of the meetings that he had with members from daia, where he they criticised strongly the memorandum with Iran, according to the words of an ex member from that institution, published last saturday in pagina12..
Although they deny it, it's well known that the vultures used this cause, in order to push the argentine government, with the purpose that it accepts the usurious judgment dictated by griesa, in fact, they created an award with his name.
Since the beginning of this denounce, the most important points of it, were rejected even by interpol, due to the argentine government had never asked to eliminate the red alerts, beside the trade between both countries didnt increase after the memorandun was signed, i think its necesary to signalize it, because one of nisman's arguments, was that arg. wanted an interchange of corns for oil, which never happened. Iranian oil can't be used in argentina.
Beside, according to the words of diego lagomarzino, he said that nisman told him that with the denounce, he was going to brake cristina's government down (``con esto, me la llevo puesta a cristina´´).
I can understand that these words are music for the ears of our tilingueria, who have always wanted to take cristina out from office, anyway, the most important aren't neather their wishes, nor our's, what really matters are objetive facts. Now that the farce of the denounce is over, it's absolutly necesary to determine once and for all, whether what happened with nisman was a suicide or a murder.
On the other hand, it's expectable that the tilingueria continues to consider him like a national heroe, despite his work in the amia case was really shameful, in fact, all he did, was to answer to the geopolitical interests of the u. s. a's embassy in buenos aires. I know that some pople don't like when i say it, however although they don't accept it, it doens't change the facts.

Apr 23rd, 2015 - 06:57 pm - Link - Report abuse 0While you're blathering on about loonie conspiracy theories, don't forget that the Argentine Jewish Community was mentioned by CFK as treasonous co-conspirators, plotting against the current President and her party.
Will you be pointing the finger at retards or cripples next?
TROY TOMPEST.
Apr 24th, 2015 - 03:22 pm - Link - Report abuse 0I understand that maybe you don't like what i said in comment 23, however, although you don't accept it, everything i said is based on objetive facts, not on mischievous hypothesis.
On the other hand, don't lie, because the president didn't refer to the whole jewish community, her accusations were against those who supported all that farce, in relation to nisman's denounce, in fact, the relatives of the victims didn't support in absolut his accusation against the president.
