The countries that have aligned themselves with the USA, Chile, Peru, Colombia will do fine.
Uruguay and Brazil are now knocking on our door.
That's most of SoAm and every country that matters.
China and Russia can have the losers.

Yes, yanqui, I think there will be a lot done in order to include USA...

Why do you think Dilma begged to be put on the agenda?
    and
Vasquez already has an unsigned agreement that need to be dusted off.

You're never on the right side Stevie.
    It must make you sad.
    and
    crazy

I always enjoy watching a victim mentality at work.

    Always someone else's fault.

No fingerpointing, Skip. All is good.

We just stop dealing with them.

We always called them criminals. History proved us right...

    Stopped dealing with them?

    Huh?

The World Bank has 382 projects currently running in Latin America and the Caribbean.

    13 active projects in Uruguay!
    33 active projects in Argentina!
    71 active projects in Brazil!

So when will you stop dealing with them exactly?

Is that the case for the IMF as well?
The world bank is still useful for infrastructure, we will use it until the other banks are up and running... Shamelessly.

    ;)

Oh so you are still dealing with the World Bank then!

    Interesting!

    And now onto the IMF?

Well all Latin American and Caribbean countries other than Cuba, are members.

Some of their voting rights amount to:
    Brazil - 14th largest
    Mexico - 16th largest
    Venezuela - 20th largest
    Argentina - 22nd largest

Together they account for more voting power than the UK or France or China or Russia.

So are you not dealing with the IMF either?

And please feel free to join and use any bank you wish. The fact is you need them and my country doesn't.

I assumed we where talking about loans, now you mean voting rights is somehow dealing with... What, really???

Your country loans, and has done so the last 20 years, in such extense, you are what is called net international debitor. If you are from Australia or USA, you are top 3. If you are from the UK, top 6.

Your country needs the banks MUCH more thank mine ;)

When did dealing with become loans?

I get whiplash on how often you move the goalposts.

I never mentioned the word loans once.

How? Because using the services of the IMF, when it comes to loans, debt restructuring or terms, it's like dancing with the devil.

The rest is merely annoyed burps from a stumbling giant.
    With that, we can deal.

Oh so you do deal with them now?

    Quite erratic aren't you.

He's a blockhead and boring. No matter how many facts you point out there's always his delusions to fall back on.
Stevie's insanity, hoping and dreaming always fails like Socialism is failing in Caracas.
    Pay it no attention.

Skip, if you consider having a voting right as us dealing with the IMF, what can I say... I hope our countries continue on that path of mutual benefits with IMF.

We vote, and they stay far away...

    We are all Chavez Stevie,
I have to laugh when you posts things your clearly have no understanding about.

You're like one of those idiots who believe all the main stream liberal media lies that they try to make into a hysteria.
Silly creature, you should learn to read before you post.
You make yourself look like a retard with a key board.

And still you are the one who needs to swear in order to make a point, a perfect mirror of your manners, education and lack of motherly love.

That, or too much love from daddy....

I rarely curse, not even in my real world so I am curious if you could point it out for me.

So after all that, Latin America still deals with the World Bank and the IMF.

    As I always thought.

    Yep Skip.
We agreed on us voting and IMF staying away.

The sense of control is a double edged sword.

We like it like that... ;)

Every nation stays in the IMF so they can access WB, IFC, IDB etc etc etc loans.

Stupid Stevie can't seem to grasp the differnence in the institutions and their mandates.

    I'm not surprised though,
    Is anyone else?

The world bank is a development bank. The IMF is a self-proclaimed minister of finance in every country in the world.

If IMF policies leads to the world bank refusing funding, it's OK yanqui, we turn to China until proper institutions are up and running.
I don't know what you did to the Chinese, but they seem to grab any opportunity to work against your recommendations...
