Uruguay's economy is “strong enough to navigate in a challenging global and regional environment” in which the U.S. dollar is strong and inflation is starting to rise, Uruguayan Central Bank, (BCU), chairman Mario Bergara said during a conference in Montevideo where he discussed the central bank's mission in the current world environment. I read all about this 'glowing' tribute to his own actions in El Pais.

Nothing here about the actual inflation rate of TEN PERCENT!

Between him and Astori the coming year will be fraught with “union” actions such as blockading factory gates and holding the owners to ransom as happened two years ago.

I had paid for some bathroom ceramic ware and laid on the transport from the factory in MVD only for it to be turned away. Another Marxist bunch of cunts in charge of the country.

It wouldn't matter if the “workers” actually worked when they were at work but they don't.

Don't you just love Uruguay, Chris :)
Every time the private sector tries to sham their employees, they get a blockade in their neck.

Schools too, try to reduce history lessons again. See what happens..

A bit like when trying to privatize our fundamental state owned companies.

A bit like with Petrobras up North.

They all have one thing in common. Your ilk will not succeed.

    ;)

    You ARE funny.

You don't live here, you have NEVER invested your own money here, you don't understand that the government only exists because of the profit tax from private business, you don't understand that it is 'YOUR' Tupa driven government that dictates what is taught in schools AND you cannot think logically (you have just proven that).

But don't let that stand in the way of berating me!

    Ha, ha, ha.

The stupid old murdering commie bastard 'No Money Pepe' loved the glory that his poorly thought out 'gestures of humanity' brought him but others have to pay the price, including me via the tax I pay. I detest that thought with all my mind.

According to El Pais four of these cretins are housed together, pay no rent, and get 60,000 Pesos a month between them. No wonder the new government is trying to get things back to what is acceptable to reasonable people.

A few Policia Caminera started charging speeders 8,000 Pesos and pocketed the money: they got caught. These are Uruguayo family men with children and they earn 13,000 Pesos per month. Now I don't condone what they have done but consider the two situations and you can soon see why people are resentful.

The Uruguayo people are among the very best I have experienced, and I have travelled extensively during my business life but they are being shit on by a bunch of (probably) murdering bastards so you can understand what drove 'No Money Pepe' to do it: they have so much in common.

For me the answer is very simple indeed: they need to be shipped back to where they were born and damn the consequences. Let's see how they like that.

So do you, Chris... So do you...

And I'd gladly pay your ticket with my tax money...
