No chance, Peru has a coastline and is a member of the Pacific Alliance.

They would never consider joining Murcosur.

As for Ecuador, who would notice what they do.

Ah, The Cowpat: does he know what he is doing today, yesterday, ever?

This nonsense with the 'Sovereign' access is just blather to smother the peons with: he knows they love it!

The sooner Uruguay leaves Mercosur the better as Argieland never plays a straight bat with Uruguay and NEVER pays it's electricity bills either.

Mercosur can incorporate whomever it wishes.

Won't make it any more successful than it is now.

It probably ranks as one of the most unsuccessful trade groupings on the planet.
