    I don't understand why this is a problem. We're talking about illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. That's crime, crime, crime. We have warships for a reason. If it's illegal, unreported or unregulated, sink 'em. Some of the fish may still be alive! And the 'fishermen' provide a useful variation of diet for killer whales, sharks and other scavengers. So many 'wins'. Criminals removed from the gene pool. Gunnery practice. Dietary variation. Environmental protection. Young sailors being accustomed to death. Real life shark feeding on video.
