    Nobody should expect anything other than bullshit from this Rent Boy to Gollum and Dovena.

    He was about as useful to Uruguay as 'No Money Pepe' was for the five years he “ruled” us.

    Expect five years of nothing from this loser.

    He has never achieved anything for Uruguay but always backed TMBOA and his 'master' Gollum instead of Uruguay as far as I can tell.

    OAS is filled with people who can't get decent jobs at IMF WB IDB etc. They're usually losers with some sort of political tie to a gov't but not a good enough tie to get them a job at a decent place.
    It should be disbanded.
