We join the rest of the world to celebrate World Environment Day from glorious Punta del Este, Uruguay, where we are currently meeting at the 12th Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. The Contracting Parties have gathered and are very hard at work, to define a new Strategic Plan that will guide our commitment to conserve and wisely use the world’s wetlands, over the next six years from 2016 to 2021.     Why do you ALWAYS have to lie about things?

    The testing regime for the mills has been shown to work and they are presently THE CLEANEST MILLS IN THE WORLD.

    Contrast that with the filthy river just opposite and the pictures of the effluent foaming on the surface, the complaints from the people living near it that they become unwell and the pathetic response from Gollum when he says that TDC will not publish the tests results.

    I bet they won't and we all know why.
