Mercosur is ready to deliver its proposal on goods, services and tariff reductions as part of the negotiations with the European Union for a trade and cooperation agreement, said Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff on Wednesday, following a meeting in Brussels with Charles Michel, Belgium's Prime minister. All the Mercosur contries are full of Neandathols and knuckle draggers, what on earth does the EU think it is doing , trying to drag Europe down to their level. I hope we have nothing to do with them, you are correct, what on earth have they got that we could possibily take advantage of?
