    Russia's a little schizophrenic. It keeps claiming the sanctions have had no real effect but continually see the need to bring them up at every single opportunity.

    If there is no impact then there is no need to talk about them.

    Everyone knows that Russia is in eastern Ukraine. We've seen the tanks being brought in by rail. Any 'peace-loving' country, given to threatening the rest of the world with its nuclear capability, deciding to hold military 'exercises' would do it well away from the location of any 'disagreement'. It's not as though Russia is short of space. And what about all the Russian troops being buried secretly?
