Cuba owes a lot of money and the return of property to USA citizens and companies.
I hope someone reminded them that...

It was very bad policy to have an embargo. The quickest way to get people aligned with the USA is to flood their markets with our products and media.
They'll never go back then...

Who cares who has made the mess the fact is that you are already in it surrendered by municipal and states collapsed or in the process.
That will have a negative effect on interest rates for muni bond market what will precipitate thir collapse.
