    The irony of it!

Paraguay, who according to the combined arseholes DumbAss Dilma, No Money Pepe and TMBOA acted illegally when they followed their constitution and got rid of the shagger RCC Bishop president (at least he shagged women not young boys) and now they are the Chair of Mercosur!!!!

    You couldn't make this up.

I cannot see how any country would deal with Brazil whilst it's being run by a bunch of corrupt politicians and U$D 16 Bn has gone into the pockets of The Chief Crook Lula and his former bestest mate, DumbAss.

I'm disappointed in Paraguay. It had a prime opportunity to look west instead of east. It could have shaken off the failed latam. It could have joined the Pacific Alliance and been part of a movement to crush Bolivia into insignificance. Why not?

    @ 2 Conqueror

I am in my fifth year in Uruguay and am constantly amazed at how lacking in self confidence the people here are.

Who can blame them when their own president, No Money Pepe wants to give their hard earned taxes to a bunch of urine sodden lazy bastards he calls 'the poor'.

He would rather give money away than encourage those who worked at school. went to work to get a living and pay extortionate taxes to a poorly managed 'government' to better themselves.

Whichever way this group of workers turn they are fucked.

I am sure there is an element of this throughout SA and Paraguay is no different. Not only does what you suggest take foresight it takes courage to make the changes. Never going to happen no matter how beneficial it would be,.

@3. Go and check “Condorito” on http://en.mercopress.com/2015/07/15/catholic-church-confirms-28.7-of-argentines-live-in-poverty-11.1-million
She thinks it's okay to let low-level, economic migrants from failed argieland into Chile.
Perhaps you can talk some sense into her.
