Disclaimer & comment rulesMorales is ignoring commonsense and sabotaging his country's future prosperity on outdated notions of sovereignty and brotherhood. Mercosur's treatment of its smaller members should be a warning that Bolivia isn't about to sit at the big boy's table but be relegated to the kid's table while the 'adults' make all the decisions. It's economy is the same size as Paraguay's.

Mercosur gets Bolivia and it seems Pacific Alliance is going to get Panama, Costa Rica and Guatemala.... all 3 larger than Bolivia.
