President Francois Hollande has said he would unveil emergency measures to help France’s livestock and dairy farmers on Wednesday. Buy up the land of around 70% of French farmers, lump it together into commercial sized farms, pick the 5% intelligent French farmers and put them in charge. Make it illegal for French tractors to be used on the public road. An offence punishable by seizure of the tractor and a €10,000 on the spot fine.
