Oh, and change their position on the Falklands. If not, it serves them right. Why does everyone bring up the Commonwealth?
Jul 27th, 2015 - 11:39 am - Link - Report abuse 0The Commonwealth of Nations (not the British Commonwealth) is not a union nor a defence group nor a sharing of any sort of sovereignty.
It is a cultural, societal and historical group of nations.
It should not be confused with the Commonwealth Realms which share a monarch.
Guyana should look to the US and if possible the UN. But it is a waste of time looking to the Commonwealth of Nations for anything more than platitudes.
