Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan warns that government spending “extremely dangerous” to the future of the US economy. Greenspan decried a rise in entitlement costs, which he contended have pressured the U.S. economy. Read full article

    I wonder how much Mr. Greenspan is receiving in government retirement?
    Would those entitlements be extremely dangerous.

    Greenspan mismanaged the Fed at a time when the economy was the best for years, he should STFU and go back to his retirement home.

    The USA Fed Gov't is spending too much money. We all know that. We need a Prez that will cut back the spending. Hopefully that will happen soon.

    Nobody would miss, Depts of Education, Energy, Labor, HUD, HHS
    just to name a few...

    4. I'm fine with that too. I used to have friends that worked for the person in charge of the Navy and all they did was stay in 5* hotels all over the world and travel by private jet and helicopter.
    They were shameless
    and saw nothing wrong with it.

    I feel it is lacking in zero based budgeting rather than last year +xx% increase.

    And....I am happy to say we've eliminated bidding for the Olympics.

    Someone needs to remove Brasshole's oxygen source.

    6. Yes this budgeting/accounting that the Fed does would land any one of us in jail.
    We need drastic change in DC and not the one Odumbo promised.
