Head of the Banco Nacion at 26 yrs old, a wealth of experience or is it because she is Rossis daughter? Nah I think it must be the wealth of experience that swung it her way.

To get on in Argentina it's not WHO you know that counts, it's who your Daddy knows.

    Surprise anyone?

That is how kirchnerites work and roll.

Yet some STUPID keep supporting them. Hundreds, if not thousands of young guys and gals down here spend years at university and, if they are lucky, they get a shitty job where they make $5,000/month as long as they have previous experience on that field, of course (that meaning: endless non-paid hours as an intern).
And this SOB “daddy`s lefty little girl” gets a $70,000/month position out of nowhere.
A typical lefty who hides behind the “they attack me because i´m a young woman” BS: I´m sure there is plenty of young women out there WHO ARE ACTUALLY QUALIFIED to work there.

What a stupid, idiotic, repulsive filthy hole this country has become.

This is so classic: a south-american lefty who lives in Europe (not in cuba, not in bolivia) out of daddy´s money. Lefty mouth with right-wing wages.

I don´t want to live here anymore.

Like never before I am convinced that Argentina´s sole salvation is to be anexed by a decent country, one that forbids any argentinian to take office for the next century.

Enough of this crap for me. I am tired.

    She is an economist FFS!

You know what they do! Wring their hands and spout bollocks then say 'on the other hand' and spout another, different, load of bollocks.

    Decisive doesn't come into it.

She will be perfect for TDC. Ha, ha, ha.

Pity she has the same nose as her father, she would just be plain otherwise, at least she has washed her hair.

She is blond, beautiful, has a very nice voice, she is well educated, studied abroad, lived in the most expensive street of Buenos Aires but she likes “El Che” and “Mao”.

I love whatching her stupid european speeches about “changing Europe” knowing that, finally, she found a job in Argentina as a member of the National Bank at the age of 26 years.....

The thypical argentine peronist oligachy that has her mounth full of nice words that promisse a change in the world but her bank account if full of dollars. Another double face person like Enrique Massot.

    Argentina ..change or die !!!!

The problem with all of these Statist countries is that nobody cares about corruption.

It is the reason they will continue to devolve.

Workers of the world unite! lol.

Well, one thing is obvious. The dirty, filthy K's will have to suspend the import regulations on new printing presses. The old junk just won't be able to keep up with the demand.

I wonder if they'll drop one digit or plan just a little ahead and drop two and try to save on paper and ink. Wait - they could just limit the new denominations to a maxium of Ten of the new K pesos and force the peasants to either carry suitcases of the trash or utilize a new treasury smart card for purchases larger than cab fare or a coffee. Could this be the secret plan to control the masses? K Bit Peso? No more soccer and beer and choripan? Simon Bolivar - save us from such tyranny!

It must be such a tiresome and frustrating job to be a cheerleader of “all things bad Argentina” and then discover that the people they most hate is bound to keep governing for the foreseeable future thanks to people they despise. Same for nationals who come here to cozy up with foreign people while leaking their wounds.
Their desperation is good to see.

I for one want the Ks to continue in perpetuity.
I would be sad to miss the middle class housewives street fighting over the last bag of beans.
    Very sad indeed.

The problem is not Miss Red Rossi , her daddy, or Mrs. K. The problem is that the Argentines don't get off their backsides and really riot everytime something disgusting, illegal or corrupt takes place. They complain in private, but do nothing for their country. They have the government they deserve.

    Enrique,

What do YOU think of an inexperienced, 26 year-old daughter of a Cabinet Minister, getting a prestigious be well-paid government position concerning the governance of a nation's central back and monetary policies?

Do you think she is the best candidate?

Do you think she will act independently of the her father's political party?

You seem to put pleasure at frustrating the critics above ethics and the welfare of the people.

    Let's get this straight.

Banking is by definition a capitalist function - correct?

And you appoint a juvenile, cronie expat who is a filthy leftist pig (and disciple of the discredited j stiglitz) as bank leader - whose father would like to kill all the kelpers ?

Sounds about right for rotting roadkill. lol.

I wonder if this will affect Argentina's credit rating?
Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse they put both barrels in their mouth. ..
Perhaps only those outside of Argentina can see this for what it really is. A nepotistic political appointment solely for the benefit of the corrupt governing elite.
Yet the Argentines seem to welcome such behaviour. Surely a deep cultural problem? How else do they tolerate it?
Progress will always continue to elude them, but I can only conclude that they will always blame some external 'other'.
They should become a global textbook example of how to take a country with huge potential to the edge of the abyss in less than a century.

$70,000mo salary is pretty darn good when 1/2 the country makes less than $5500/mo.

    Nah no corruption there.
    None at all.

    @11

“Same for nationals who come here to cozy up with foreign people while leaking their wounds. Their desperation is good to see,”?

For someone who knows nothing about Argentina these two sentences might sound a sort of revenge..but...wait a little bit...Argentina is in default, has no credit, inflation is 40%, recesion, unemployment and poverty are skyrocketing....it is about this country Enrique is writing about. That¿s the funny thing of peronist/fascists...they like Hitler may have their enemies entering Berlin and still claim “we are winning the war”....how pathetic.

Enrique, you still missed some answers about the decadent argentina economy...or about corruptions cases....the ones you avoided.

Anyway I cannot wait to mention that you are quite clear an hypocrite..living under the protection of a crown you consider your enemy enjoying the strong canadian economy, supporting the decandent and corrupted argentine government and supporting the neposim of peronism....double face no doubt.
