Mercosur's Paraguay meeting to iron out proposal to present to Europe

Technical teams from Mercosur country members are scheduled to meet next Tuesday in Paraguay to iron out the final proposal to be presented by the group to the European Union for the long delayed trade and cooperation agreement. The meeting in Asunción will be headed by Rigoberto Gauto, who is currently the Mercosur coordinator since Paraguay holds this half year the rotating chair. Read full article

FFS make it happen you bunch of losers in SA.

Forget TDC, they are like a sea anchor holding everyone else back and the Brazil Nuts are going to sink out of sight if they don't move the EU thing forward in short time.

As for the EU why they want to bother is beyond me, they have more than enough problems of their own making to take on another bunch of losers.
