Presumably because the Rt Hon J. Corbyn MP has Weapons of Mass Destruction that can target the Labour party within 45 minutes...

    I thank you, LOL.

Blair is deeply unpopular in the UK right know. I am not sure his opinion counts for much these days.

Both Tony B-liar and Alastair Campbell are anti-Corbyn.

With enemies like that Jeremy is bound to win.

Trouble is do the Labour Party want policies they actually believe in or those that will get them elected?

A weak opposition is bad for democracy.

Hope Labour can do some souls searching and do the right thing.

I'm not sure exactly how much research Corbyn has done on Falkland Islands history but he is a well known admirer of Latin America and in favour of speaking to Argentina.

He comes across very well in interviews and is no fool-I notice he doesn't slag his opponents off, and B liar having a go at him is likely to get Corbyn even more support.

Many people support re-nationalisation of the railways and indeed utilities. Corbyn claims the minimum of expenses so he will get support from voters, probably people who don't vote, who will rate him as more genuine than most politicians.

If he does not address the concerns of people who voted UKIP, Labour may well not attain power under Corbyn.

Given that Corbyn is a leading campaigner for the Chagos Islanders, it would be a good idea for the Falkland Islanders (MLAs)to spell put to Corbyn their rights under the UN and the grossly distorted version of history concerning the Islands that the Argentines spout.

    Before 2020.

Corbyn is a bigger threat to the Falklands than any loopy Argentine president.

MLAs-act now to head off a crisis in 5 years time.

I would be surprised if Corbyn does not win the Labour leadership contest.

And if the present government with a small majority are overturned before 2020, then Falkland Islands, beware.

The predictions of doom for the Labour Party if he gets elected as leader, might be misplaced as he might win back support from Scottish voters.

I do not agree with many of his positions but he does appear to research .

Labour lead by Corbyn stands a snowballs chance in hell of ever being in government. The Labour party is full of well meaning fools, the same ones who supported Foot and Kinnock. The British people will NEVER elect any party that supports trashing our nuclear weapons. Added to that Corbyn supports an alliance with the Scotch Nationalists - look what that did in Mays election! The English voted in a Tory party whose policies they didnt really like rather than be ruled by the poison dwarfs.

Corbyn will get elected, the Labour Party will split and we can look forward to at least 10 more years of Tory government, probably more. As for the rest of the motley bunch of potential Labour leaders, more midgets. Until the Labour Party comes up with realistic policies its unelectable.

You would have thought that the Labour Party would have got the message that a far left-leaning party is beyond being elected in the UK. They seem bent on destruction. Maybe the Conservatives are behind the rush of support for Corbyn?

Even for those who broadly support the Tories getting the deficit down most would prefer an effective Opposition to rub the rough edges off the cuts. Instead, Labour are standing aside to indulge themselves in Leftie Top Trumps. Meanwhile at PMQs, Corbyn will be Hung, Drawn & Quartered every Wednesday. Owen Jones will call the Tories bullies, but Labour big beasts will be secretly hoping Cameron destroys Corbyn so that can get someone vaguely credible in time for 2020. Fun times ahead.

    Labour deserve Corbyn.

It will be another 'Foot in mouth' fiasco and the laugh of seeing Kinnokio fall over a shell on the beach put together to leave Labour being rated for what they are, are bunch of idiots.

I am going to enjoy the machinations from afar!

    Ha, ha, ha.

Jeremy Corbyn has to be labours great asset,

he will be the best thing that has happened to labour for a hundred years,

and he will give UKIP what it rightly deserve, the 2nd biggest party in parliament in the future, and the new opposition party,

sending labour to the far side of the chamber,
    yep, this man is Gold,

It's so difficult to decide. Should Britain look forward to the election of a Labour leader capable of turning our country into a bankrupt disaster area? Or the election of a Labour leader who will ensure that Labour can't get into power for the next 100 years? What a decision! But there might be an alternative. Take a shotgun and the Corbyn. Use the shotgun to blast the Corbyn's head off.
